IMPORTANT: Shipping Damage It is your responsibility to inspect this item for shipping damage upon arrival and BEFORE the driver leaves. We highly suggest that you unbox the item in front of the driver to determine if there is hidden shipping damage that you may not be able to determine from simply looking at the box.
If you find shipping damage after the driver leaves, the shipping company will deny any and all claims. This is standard policy for freight shippers. In such cases, you will be responsible for the damaged product and will not be eligible to return it to us for a refund or replacement.
If you determine there is shipping damage, you must:
- Deny the shipment and require the driver to take the item back
- Notify us immediately so that we can collaborate with the shipping company and get a replacement on its way to you.
Other Return Info If we ship you the wrong item or if your item has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge to you as well as appologize for the inconvinience to you.
If you decide to return the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
